Jio Locate My Device: Reliance Jio already completed their first 100 million customers so the largest mobile tech firm is very excited. Now Jio is soon going to launch a new feature in MyJio app i.e., Jio Locate My Device. With the help of this feature, you can trace your lost mobile phone easily.

Jio Locate My Device feature will help you in future to get back your smartphone if you are using a Jio sim or Jio LYF mobile phone. You just have to visit Official Jio website and login with your id and password. Jio Locate My Device Feature will trace the exact location of your mobile phone and help you to get it back in some time.

Jio has not released Locate My Device Feature till now. According to news, Jio Locate My Device feature will be launch in 2017 & you will soon get this feature in MyJio app.

What is Jio Locate My Device

Jio Locate My Device is a new feature by Reliance where you can find your smartphone or track your smartphone’s exact location. Currently, this feature is not released by Jio but very soon they are going to launch it. This feature works with the help of GPS.

If your smartphone lost somewhere then you can find it easily. You have to log in to official Jio website &  Jio Locate My Device Feature will trace the location of your phone with the help of GPS. This feature will work only for Jio LYF mobile phones or Reliance Jio Sim.

Steps to Register Jio Locate My Device Feature

Currently, this feature is not available. Reliance will soon launch this feature & then you can enable by following these steps

Note: You can either register to this feature by Jio official website or updated version of MyJio app when feature will get Live.


How to Register With Official Website

  1. First, visit the official website of Jio.
  2. Login with Id and password (sim details).
  3. Go to My Account available in the upper right-hand side.
  4. Now, Click on Locate My Device option.
  5. Now insert all sufficient information and click submit.
  6. All done.

Now you will be able to get the exact location of your smartphone with the help of GPS.

How to Register With MyJio App

  1. First, update your MyJio app version.
  2. Log in with your ID and Password (Sim details)
  3. Go to My Account.
  4. There you will see Jio Locate My Device Option. Click it
  5. Put all the required information and click submit.
  6. Done

Now you can go to Official Jio website with login details and by selecting JIo Locate My Device feature you can trace your smartphone easily.
